What’s it all about? – Kit (Sheen) and Holly (Spacek) fall in love and go on a killing spree (in fairness it’s Kit that does all the killing)

Notes & Scribbles

  • I know her dad didn’t like Kit, but killing her dog as punishment for being with him was a bit extreme.
  • The music they use in this sounds familiar (turns out it’s been used in other films that I’ve not seen), wonder if its been used in an advert or something then.
  • Probably going to be singing Love Is Strange all night now.
  • Like the voice over by Spacek.
  • They did good work making the treehouse.
  • Surely an inspiration for True Romance and Natural Born Killers and influenced itself by Bonnie and Clyde.
  • Kit’s a helluva shot! (I originally mistyped this a helluva shit, which, in some ways, is true too)
  • Curious wee film, with really good performances by Sheen and Spacek.
  • There’s a scene where there are two kids playing beside a lamp-post.  Turns out it was Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen!
